What PitchVAR is. A football analytics and community site: live market data, match history, player pages, research, and a community with a virtual rewards balance. Using the site means you accept these terms.

What PitchVAR is not. We are not a bookmaker, exchange, or gambling service. We never take, hold, or place bets. The market prices shown are recorded public data, presented for analysis and education. Nothing here is betting advice.

Your balance. Your account carries a balance of virtual rewards, for use inside PitchVAR only. It is not money and never becomes money: it cannot be cashed out, transferred to another user, or wagered on the outcome of anything. The purchased part of your balance never expires; promotional and earned parts carry the expiry dates shown in your ledger. If we ever discontinue the site, the balance has no redeemable value.

Your account.You need to be at least 13 years old (this is children's-privacy law, not us being dramatic). One account per person; you're responsible for what happens on yours.

House rules. No hate, harassment, racism, spam, or illegal content. Commenting is free; abusive posts get removed, and correct flags earn the flagger a bounty. Repeated abuse ends the account — and its balance with it.

Your content. Your comments are yours; by posting you give us permission to display them on the site. We can remove content that breaks the rules.

Copyright complaints (DMCA). If you believe content on PitchVAR infringes your copyright, reach our designated agent through the contact form(choose “Corrections”) with the work, where it appears on our site, and your contact details — infringing material comes down promptly. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

The data.We work hard to make every number on this site accurate, and we label our sources. Still, data can be wrong or delayed — use judgment, and don't make financial decisions based on anything here.

Liability.The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of it.
