Who we are. PitchVAR (pitchvar.com) is a football analytics and community site operated by its founder. Questions or requests about your data: samuelsternjust@gmail.com.

What we collect.If you create an account: your email address, your chosen username, and what you do here — comments you post, poll votes you cast, flags you raise, sponsored spots you watch, and your ball balance and its history. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email from Google; we never see your password. Without an account, we don't collect personal information.

What we use it for.Running the site: showing your username on your comments, keeping your ball ledger honest, counting poll results, moderating flagged content, and emailing you the things you asked for (sign-in links, confirmations). Nothing else. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising profiles.

Where it lives. Account data is stored with Supabase (our database provider). The website is served by Vercel. Emails are sent through Resend from our own domain. Each processes data on our behalf under their own security terms.

Cookies & storage. We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. No third-party tracking cookies, no analytics trackers following you around the internet.

Your rights.Email us and we'll show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and everything attached to it. Deletion removes your profile, comments, votes, and ball history permanently.

Children.PitchVAR is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we'll remove it.

Changes.If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so on the site before it takes effect.
